Position controller

The cascaded control structure includes the position controller for the fabric position and another position controller for the pneumatic actuator. The actual position is compared with the  targt position.  A three-postion controller with an optimizing algorithm to reduce the positioning movement activates the magnetic valve.

 

• three-position controller to activate a magnetic valve which initiates a pneumatic adjustment
• digital and analog input and output modules to be connected via PLC
• software function modules to monitor production

Input module with four inputs 0-10V (12 bit) and + 10 V DC sensor supply voltage. Sensors or encoders may thus be operated from the digital controller.
