Lateral displacement roller systems correct the web in cyclic operations directly from the loop.

Function Displacement roller system

Lateral displacement roller systems position running webs by an axial movement of the positioning roller. If the displacement roller reaches the limit position, a special device will lift the material and the positioning roller will move back to the centerline position. The web will thereupon be lowered again.
